Direct Debit is a very safe method of payment, as you as you are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee and you only pay for one month’s worth of cleaning at a time, rather than the pre-pay method where you pay for up to a year in advance.  Once your Direct Debit is set up, there is no need for you to do anything else, other than relax and enjoy the service until you are ready to stop.  Your smaller, bite size payments would leave your bank account on the first working day of each month for the service you are due to receive that month.  The minimum subscription period is 6 months after which, you can cancel at any time

The Direct Debit Guarantee

  • This Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that take part in the Direct Debit Scheme.
  • The efficiency and security of the Scheme is monitored and protected by your own Bank or Building Society.
  • If the amounts to be paid or the payment dates change Freshbins UK Ltd will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.
  • If an error is made by Freshbins UK Ltd or your Bank or Building Society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by writing to your Bank or Building Society. Please also send a copy of your letter to us.
